Once your parcel leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for it. To allow us to file a claim within the courier's required deadlines, you must notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Claims reported after this period may no longer be eligible for investigation or compensation, as courier claim windows are limited. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. A parcel is not considered lost until the courier has completed its investigation and officially confirmed the loss.
